At Talon Industries, our number one priority is the safety of our personnel. We embrace a zero incident culture throughout our organization, and strive to include all stakeholders involved in our projects in our program.
We believe that a strong safety program seeks the participation and input of all team players involved in the project, including the owner, project manager, sub-contractors and all craft personnel.
At Talon Industries, we understand how crucial the safety of our personnel and client personnel is to the success of any project.
Our safety culture starts at the top of the company and cascades down through management, supervision and down to the trades and labour performing the works in the field. All of our managers have worked in the field and are aware of the statutory rules and regulations under which we operate.
